Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used. Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable unless required by law.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
Refund Process
